Studio Schedule

Please be advised that our schedule may be subject to change. Updates, changes or cancellations will be posted on the website home page via our Twitter account, and will also be posted on our Facebook page. We do not cancel classes very often, but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we have to (i.e. weather, illness, facility issues). We will try our very best to keep everyone up to date on any changes that we make! Please also remember that classes are on a first come, first serve basis, with members taking priority in their level. We recommend coming early to ensure you have a spot.

Our sexy stretch class will be a full hour of intense stretching and sexy posing! This class will surely help you gain the flexibility you desire. We will concentrate on working into the splits and back flexibility! We encourage all of our members to take our stretch class as some pole moves require more flexibility than others! You may wear casual yoga style pants, or shorts. You may want to bring your socks or leg warmers for this class as well.

Our Intro to Pole classes are designed for first time students.  Intro to pole teaches students the basic moves of pole dance fitness, and prepares students for the beginner class.  Students learn basic moves, flexibility, body awareness, and strengthening exercises.  This class is for you to get warmed up to the pole and with yourself being on the pole with ladies that are at the same level and understanding as you are. Not ladies that are 3 classes ahead of you. This will be everyone's first time at the studio.
